Ellie Kelly
Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance,
Baldwin-Wallace University Conservatory of Music
Ellie has loved music since she was a child, and she started formally studying voice at the age of 12. Her love for music continued to grow throughout Junior High and High School, where she participated in several music ensembles and the Mentor High School show choir. Ellie was a member of the Cleveland Orchestra Youth Chorus for three years, as well as their select chamber ensemble which was featured on the morning news for publicity.
Ellie continued her voice studies at Baldwin Wallace University under Boyd Mackus and James Mismas. She worked with the BW Jazz Band as a soloist for three years, performing at concerts at the University as well as at the Brothers Lounge in Cleveland.
Serving as the music chair in her college sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha, sparked her interest in teaching music and she hopes to pass her love and passion for making and performing music onto her students.
