Master of Music in Oboe Performance, Bowling Green State University

Sarah holds a Bachelors in Music from the State University of New York at Fredonia and a Masters in Music from Bowling Green State University. She has studied with Dr. Sarah Hamilton at SUNY Fredonia, Dr. Jackie LeClair at BGSU, and most recently with Dr. Andrew Parker at the University of Iowa. Her teaching experience includes private oboe lessons and reed making for both beginning and college level students. Sarah also has experience in coaching small ensembles and conducting. Some past activities include the John Mack Oboe camp, IDRS Convention, and the Woodwind Quintet Camp at SUNY Fredonia. Most recently, Sarah performed with various groups in the Iowa City area, including the Court Hills Quintet and the Iowa City Chamber Orchestra.
